Hi everyone! Happy Friday! Today I'm sharing with you all my top three favorite ways to start a healthier lifestyle! Enjoy!
Exercise: Going for a bike ride around your neighborhood or taking a walk are my favorite types of exercise. Not only are they good for your physical health, it's great for mental as well! I love taking a walk with my mom at a park because it helps reduce stress and always cheers me up!
Drink Water: To get use to yourself more interested in drinking water, get a cute water bottle you would want to use and add some fresh slices of fruits! Water also helps keep your skin looking and feeling good and also helps boost your productivity which is always a plus!
Mental Health: Turn off your phone an hour before you go to sleep. A little tip is to read a book instead. Reading a book helps you fall asleep quicker and sleep a lot peacefully! You'll wake up in the morning feeling great because you were able to get a good night of sleep.
